This product is HEAVY. It should be assembled as near as possible to the point of use. TAKE CARE WHEN
LIFTING to avoid personal injury and (or) damage to the product.
This product takes approximately 90 MINUTES to assemble with 2 PEOPLE.
Do not use power tools to assemble.
The fittings pack contains SMALL ITEMS which should be KEPT AWAY FROM YOUNG CHILDREN.

- Page 4 Step by step assembly instructions Step One Place Wooden Legs (7) into the holes in the underside of the Headboard (1) and Footboard (2) as per diagram below and twist into place so they are fully secured. Wooden Leg (7) Preinserted Nut Head/Foot Board...
- Page 5 Step Three Attach M8 Spring Washer (G) and M8 x 16mm Bolt (H) into the metal fixings on to both Drawer Runner Base (8) (only for the top side). Insert the Drawer Runner Base (8) inside the bed frame as shown in Step 2. Next, attach the M8 Spring Washer (G) and M8 x 16mm bolt (H) into the bottom side of metal fixing on the Drawer Runner Base (8).
- Page 6 Step Five Insert Centre Rail (6) into the brackets on the Headboard (1) and Footboard (2). Push down fully and secure in place using M6 x 25mm Bolts (I). Tighten using M4 Allen Key (A). You can now tighten the bolts with M5 Allen Key (B) at the Side Rails from Step Two so all fastenings are now tightened.
- Page 7 Step Seven Attach Upholstered Front Panel (14) to drawer and tighten together using M6 x 40mm Bolt (J).Tighten with M4 Allen Key (A). M4 Allen Key x 1 M6 x 40mm Step Eight Slide drawers into both sides of the bed frame. Attach Metal Stopper (16) to the Drawer Runner base (8) using screw 4 x 18mm (M).
- Page 8 Step Nine With the curved side facing upwards, insert 2 slats into a centre cap then into 2 side caps on either end(x15). (Please note the Wide Slats must be inserted with the Wide Centre Caps (E) and Wide Side Caps (F)). Repeat this process for all slats. Note: Please see the Diagram 1 below to arrange the slat with the correct system).
- Page 9 Care and Maintenance This Emily Storage Bed should be cleaned using a soft damp cloth and dried immediately. Do not use a very wet cloth or allow any liquid contact for a long period of time as this can permanently damage the surface.
