This product is HEAVY. It should be assembled as near as possible to the point of use. TAKE CARE WHEN
LIFTING to avoid personal injury and (or) damage to the product.
This product takes approximately 40 MINUTES to assemble with 2 PEOPLE.
The fittings pack contains SMALL ITEMS which should be KEPT AWAY FROM YOUNG CHILDREN.

- Page 3 Step by step assembly instructions Step One Hook the pre-attached metal fixings on the Side Rails (3) over the pre-inserted bolts in the Headboard (1) and Footboard (2) and hand-tighten to loosely secure parts together. Do not tighten with M5 Allen Key (B) until you have inserted the Centre Rail in the next step.
- Page 4 Step Three Attach Metal Plate (8) and Leg (7) together as shown in Step 1. Attach together Leg (7) and Metal Plate (8) using M8 Spring Washer (H) and M8 Nut (I) then tighten with M13 Spanner (K). STEP 1 STEP 1 STEP 2 STEP 2...
- Page 5 Step Five With the curved side facing upwards, insert 2 slats into a centre cap then into 2 side caps on either end(x15). (Please note the Wide Slats (5) must be inserted with the Wide Centre Caps (E) and Wide Side Caps (F)).
