INSTALLATION The installation of the burner must be carried out by qualified personnel, as indicated in this manual and in compliance with the standards and regulations of the laws in force. WARNING WORKING POSITION The burner is designed to work only in the positions 1, 2 and 3. Installation 1 is preferable, as it is the only one that allows performing maintenance operations as de- scribed in this manual. -

3.2 BURNER ASSEMBLY CF APPLICATION In case of CF applications, the burner shall not operate without pro- tection (A) of the suction inlet. BF APPLICATION FOR CORRECT BF APPLICATION, THE BURNER MUST BE D5884 INSTALLED ON AN APPROPRIATE BF BOILER. In case of BF applications an optional snorkel and gasket are availa- ble replacing (A) with (B). -

3.3 HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS Fig. 4 The pump is designed to allow working with two pipes. In order to obtain one pipe working it is necessary to unscrew the return plug (2) (fig. 4), remove the by-pass screw (3) and then screw again the plug (2). -

3.4 ELECTRICAL WIRING ATTENTION: 50Hz - 230V All the installation, maintenance and disassembly operations must be carried out with the electricity supply disconnected. DANGER Do not swap neutral and phase over, follow the diagram Main switch shown carefully and carry out a good earth connection. The section of the conductors must be at least 1mm². -

MAINTENANCE The burner requires periodic maintenance carried out by a qualified and authorised technician in conformity with legislation and local standards. Maintenance is essential for the reliability of the burner, avoiding the excessive consumption of fuel and consequent pollution. Before carrying out any cleaning or control always first switch off the electrical supply to the burner acting on the main switch of the system. -
