4.3 - SAFETY DEVICE (Fig. 2)
The machine is provided with following safety systems:

All dangerous areas are closed by carters with screws.
Microswitches that lock the cycle if one of the following
doors or the drawer is opened:
• On the hopper access door (1) for dough loading.
• On the cutting blade access door (2).
• On the screw access door (3).
• On the bell access drawer (4).

4.4 - OPERATOR AREAS (Fig. 3)
During operation, the operator stands in front of the
machine so that the balls of dough produced can easily
be removed (position A).
During dough loading, the operator can stand on the
left-hand side of the machine in order to easily load the
dough into the hopper (position B).
The operator may stand at the rear of the machine only

during maintenance operations in order to unscrew the
screw locking knob (position C).

The technician may stand at the side and rear of the
machine for maintenance operations (position D and C).
4.5 - RESIDUAL DANGER AREAS (Fig. 3)
There are no remaining danger areas.
