About DSTREAM
DSTREAM is a debug and trace hardware unit that enables powerful software debug and optimization
on any Arm processor-based hardware target. It connects to the target using hardware interfaces such as
JTAG or Serial Wire Debug (SWD).
DSTREAM also enables the collection of trace from the device for non-intrusive debug and code
optimization.
Some debuggers are unable to capture trace from the external trace port of a System-on-Chip (SoC)
device. See the documentation that accompanies your debugger for details of the trace capabilities of
your debugger.
