This is necessary, as the hood exhausts
ambient air that these devices require for
correct combustion.
It is forbidden to cook food with open flames
under the hood.
• Avoid using the hotplates without a
saucepan in place covering the ring or flame
as this can damage the extractor and cause a
fire.
Keep hot oil under control at all times to
avoid it catching light. Before carrying out any
maintenance or cleaning operations, always
disconnect the hood from the mains.
• Before carrying out any maintenance
operation, make sure that the mains supply is
switched off.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children without supervision.
• Don't put anything through the protective
grille.
