The MC509 module supports hardware reset function. If the software of the MC509
module stops responding, the MC509 module can be reset through the RESIN_N
signal. After the hardware is reset, the software starts powering on the module and
reports relevant information according to the actual settings.

W_DISABLE
The W_DISABLE signal is provided to allow users to disable wireless
communications add-in cards. When the W_DISABLE signal is asserted, all radios
should be disabled. When the W_DISABLE signal is not asserted, the radio may
transmit signals if it is not disabled by other means such as software.
