INSTALLING THE INTERNAL MANUAL OVERRIDE
The head plate will be pre-drilled to allow free access for the over-ride bar.
Insert the over-ride bar
through motor unit, fit
and tighten the lock screw
and washer, on Econom
motors and No.3 Allen
bolt on Somfy motors
ATTACH THE CORRECT MANUAL OVERRIDE CRANKING DIRECTIONAL ARROW LABELS TO

THE 45 DEGREE BOX OR DOOR GUIDE (IF NO BOX OR HALF BOX FITTED).

Please note: on 360mm boxes the over-ride position is always vertical.
Correct motor position 45°

No.3 Allen bolt and washer)

instructions supplied with the
external over-ride).
1. Cover the barrel and rings with the protective bubble wrap from
the curtain.
2. Lift coiled curtain up level with axle (requires 2 people) and feed
the safety edge terminal block over the barrel, then feed the
bottom of the curtain over the barrel into guide.
3. Slowly unroll curtain and gently lower down to floor. NB Do not
allow the curtain to free fall over the axle as this will result in
damage to the curtain.
4. Fit conical stops to bottom slat.
