ASSEMBLY
1. Turn base upside down. Insert casters into legs of
five-star base. Turn base upright. Insert gas lift into
center of base. (See Figure 1)

  • Page 2 ASSEMBLY CONTINUED 2. Align armrest with holes on bottom of seat cushion. Figure 2 Use three 1/4 x 1/" screws (8) with three washers (11) to attach. Repeat on opposite side. (See Figure 2) NOTE: Use Allen wrench to tightly secure all screws.

    ASSEMBLY CONTINUED 5. Slowly lower chair assembly onto the gas lift. Press Figure 5 down on seat cushion to secure. (See Figure 5) CHAIR ADJUSTMENTS 1. Seat Height Adjustment – To raise seat height, lift lever up with little to no weight on the seat. To lower seat height, lift lever up while sitting.

  • Page 5 CONTINUACIÓN DE ENSAMBLE 2. Alinee el descansabrazos con los orificios debajo Diagrama 2 del asiento. Use tres tornillos 1/4 x 1½" (8) con tres rondanas (11) para fijar. Repita en el lado opuesto. (Vea Diagrama 2) NOTA: Use la llave Allen para fijar bien todos los tornillos.
