Carry out the followng steps for the macro operaton (takng a closeup shot).
9.1 Operation
a. Rotate the focus rng fully toward the nfinty sde.
b. Whle pullng the macro lever, rotate the macro rng clockwse as far as t goes.
c. Focus the lens by controllng the zoom.
Note 1. Before macro operaton, set the zoom lmt ON/OFF select swtch to "OFF."
Note 2. It s also possble to shoot an object whle the macro rng s n an ntermedate poston.
In ths case, the values of the M.O.D. (Mnmum Object Dstance) and the object area at M.O.D. are
those of between a normal and a closeup shot.
9.2 PROCEDURE TO CANCEL
Rotate the macro rng n the opposte drecton of the arrow untl the macro lever automatcally returns to ts
orgnal poston.
