Configure Class of Service
To configure class of service:
1. Click System Properties > System Feature Settings > Class of Service Options.
2. Select 10 for the Class Of Service Number (for this example).
3. Click Change.
Mitel: Class of Service Options 10 (1/9)
4. In the General tab, do the following:
a. Click Yes for Busy Override Security.
