Installing/Removing Power Supply Modules

The RUGGEDCOM MX5000 supports dual redundant power supplies that can be
installed in any combination.

For Control and switch modules only, make sure power to the device has been
disconnected and wait approximately two minutes for any remaining energy to
dissipate.
[Optional] If the device is installed in a rack, remove it from the rack.
Remove the current module from the slot.
Insert the new module into the slot.

Tighten the screws to secure the module.
[Optional] If necessary, install the device in the rack.
For control and switch modules only, connect power to the device.
