Front Panel Components

The f ront of t he DSN-1100 st orage syst em has t he f ollowing component s:
Power LED – shows t he DSN-1100 power on st at us. (see Figure 2-1 and Table 2-1)

Ready/ Fault LED – shows whet her t he DSN-1100 is ready f or operat ion or encount ered a

f ault condit ion. (see Figure 2-1 and Table 2-1)
Bat t ery St at us LED – shows t he st at e of t he int ernal cache memory bat t ery. (see Figure

2-1 and Table 2-1)
A lock on t he bezel t hat prot ect s access t o t he power swit ch and drives inside t he unit .

The hard drive power and drive act ivit y/ f ault LEDs. (see Figure 2-2 and Table 2-2)

