Cleaning and care

Clean UB 4 and optional equipment when
necessary with a soft, lint-free cloth only.

In case of heavy soiling we recommend using
washing-up liquid on a moistened cloth.
h
Never use aggressive, chlorine-containing,
abrasive or harsh detergents, alcohol, ether or
similar solvents.
h
Never use microfibre cloths to clean the optical
plastic surfaces.
h
Always disinfect universal trial frame before
use.
Disinfection of optical plastic surfaces is not
recommended due to smearing.
For cleaning of optical plastic surfaces we
recommend:
Disposable Cleaning Swabs (SWAB-34087)
slightly wetted with isopropanol or spirit.

the products of: Schülke & Mayr GmbH.

Warranty

Our warranty conforms to prevailing legal regulations and
is effective from the date of delivery. It covers all types of
malfunctioning, as well as faults related to materials or
manufacture. All legitimate claims within the warranty
period will be met free of charge. This warranty shall not
cover cases of normal wear and tear, improper use or use of
non-OCULUS replacement parts.
