Removal of anti tip bracket from motor
Preparation
Note! Switch off the wheelchair via remote control
Instructions
Note! Suitable work area required!
• Follow the illustrated instruction for removing the anti tip
bracket from the motor assembly.
• Rebuild the wheelchair in reverse order once completed.

1. Unscrew and remove bolt (A) and nut (B) using the 13mm
spanner linking the suspension spring to the anti tip bracket
Tightening torque for (A) bolts is 7Nm.

2. Unscrew and remove 2 (C) bolts from the bracket using the 5mm
Hex key, whilst holding and then removing the 13mm nuts (D)
Tightening torque for (C) bolts is 25Nm.

3. Remove anti tip bracket from the motor (E)
