    SECTION 1 DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATIONS 1.1 DESCRIPTION The M202 is a frozen custard machine. It is equipped with fully automatic controls to provide a uniform product and features Quick-Freeze technology. This manual is designed to assist qualifi ed service personnel and opera- tors in the installation, operation and maintenance of the M202 frozen custard machine.
