SECTION 1 DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATIONS DESCRIPTION The CC series machines are continuous fl ow custard ma- chines. They are equipped with fully automatic controls to provide a uniform product and feature Quick-Freeze tech- nology. This manual is designed to assist qualifi ed service personnel and operators in the installation, operation and maintenance of the CC series frozen custard machines.

For water-cooled machines that are left in unheated buildings, or buildings subject to freezing, the water must be shut off and disconnected. Disconnect the water inlet fi tting. The fi tting is located at the rear of the machine. Run the compressor for 2 - 3 minutes to open the water valve (the front door must be attached for the compressor to run).
