    SECTION 1 DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATIONS DESCRIPTION The CC series machines are continuous fl ow custard ma- chines. They are equipped with fully automatic controls to provide a uniform product and feature Quick-Freeze tech- nology. This manual is designed to assist qualifi ed service personnel and operators in the installation, operation and maintenance of the CC series frozen custard machines.
