AMPAC INDUSTRIES LTD NZ 100 OPERATORS MANUAL SYSTEM DESCRIPTION GENERAL DESCRIPTION The NZ100 is an automatic fire alarm system. The NZ100 has one fire detection circuit able to accommodate heat detectors, smoke detectors, manual call points or a combination of these devices. -

AMPAC INDUSTRIES LTD NZ 100 OPERATORS MANUAL DOOR HOLDER OUTPUT The NZ100 system provides a door holder output, marked D.H on P.C.B. This can provide 12V(nominal) @250mA. This output is switched off during an alarm. It is also switched off ten minutes after mains failure is detected to conserve battery power. -

AMPAC INDUSTRIES LTD NZ 100 OPERATORS MANUAL SETTINGS The NZ100 system has two (2) link options. These are set by simply fitting or removing the jumper plug. If removing a jumper link, it is a good idea to refit it to one of the header pins. This will avoid losing the jumper, which may be required at a later date. -

AMPAC INDUSTRIES LTD NZ 100 OPERATORS MANUAL SYSTEM OPERATION RESETTING THE SYSTEM To reset the system after a fire, press the ‘RESET’ button on the API665. This will return the system back to its normal state. The buzzer will sound for confirmation. -
