Hauptabsperreinrichtung Typ 0271 und Typ 0272 Option Montageplatte Die HAE wird mit Hilfe der beiliegenden 6Kantschraube und der Fächerscheibe auf die Montageplatte montiert. Die Montageplatte kann danach mit den beiliegenden vier Blechschrauben und vier Metalldübeln auf ebenen Untergrund befestigt werden, dabei Werkzeug sowie Einbaulage siehe MONTAGE beachten. - Page 6 • H.10 = Gewinde G 3/4 Sechskant • Durchmesser 18 mm Die Ausführung mit G 3/4 ÜM ist nur in Verbindung mit der GOK- Trennverschraubung (z. B. Löt-Trennverschraubung Typ LTV oder Press-Trennverschraubung Typ PTV) einsetzbar. Alternativ sind noch andere Anschlüsse, auf Anfrage beim Hersteller, möglich.

Hauptabsperreinrichtung Typ 0271 und Typ 0272 MONTAGE Vor der Montage ist das Produkt auf Transportschäden und Vollständigkeit zu prüfen. Die MONTAGE ist von einem Fachbetrieb vorzunehmen! Siehe QUALIFIKATION DER ANWENDER! Alle nachfolgenden Hinweise dieser Montage- und Bedienungsanleitung müssen vom Fachbetrieb, Betreiber und Bediener beachtet, eingehalten und verstanden werden. -

Hauptabsperreinrichtung Typ 0271 und Typ 0272 Bilden sich weitere Blasen, müssen die Anschlüsse nachgezogen werden (siehe MONTAGE). Falls sich die Undichtheiten nicht beseitigen lassen, darf das Produkt nicht in Betrieb genommen werden. Für Deutschland sind auch die Prüfvorgaben nach TRF 2012 unter Punkt 8.3 zu berücksichtigen. -

Hauptabsperreinrichtung Typ 0271 und Typ 0272 AUSTAUSCH Bei Anzeichen jeglichen Verschleißes und jeglicher Zerstörung des Produktes oder eines Teiles des Produktes muss dieses ausgetauscht werden. Bei Austausch des Produktes Schritte MONTAGE, DICHTHEITSKONTROLLE und INBETRIEBNAHME beachten! Hat die thermische Absperreinrichtung „T“ (TAE) angesprochen, muss das Produkt ausgetauscht werden. -
