1. Description

The LED Powerline ACIC,is developed for applications requiring high-
intensity UV surface radiation. The high-performance UV LED array means
that it can be used not only for intermediate drying (pinning) and final drying
in printing applications, but also for the curing of varnishes, adhesives and
potting compounds.
The units can be arranged in an unbroken row of any length to achieve
greater irradiation widths.
The typical LED service life under the intended operating conditions is over
20.000 hours. The LEDs can be switched on and off as often as desired.
No warm-up or cool-down phases are necessary.
The LED Powerline ACIC is available with wavelengths of 365, 385, 395,
and 405 nm +/- 10 nm. The unit can therefore be chosen to match a spe-
cific type of application.
Integrated air cooling ensures reliable continuous operation over the entire
ambient temperature range without the need for large external heat ex-
changers.
