Push and hold [
] to lock/unlock the radio.
MONITOR
Hold [MONI] to temporarily change the squelch to zero allowing
you to hear very weak signals.

Push and hold the [
] to access the Function settings.
TONE CODE MODE
Short press [TC] enters tone code mode. Long press [TC] to select
RX/TX tone codes.
SCAN MODE
Short press [SC] to scan channels.

Turn to change channels.

Turn clockwise to raise volume, counterclockwise to lower volume.
TRANSMIT INDICATOR
Indicator light will turn red when transmitting.
MIC PORT
If connecting to intercom, do not connect hand mic.
