Checking the network status

Check whether the IO controller and the RJ71PN93 communicate with each other normally.
Communications are being performed normally when the LEDs and input signals of the RJ71PN93 are in the following status
after execution of the program.
For the program, refer to the following.

Precautions
Since the RJ71PN93 sends invalid data to the IO controller while 'IO data send area refresh directive' (Y0) is off, the IO
controller may detect an error. In this case, turn on 'IO data send area refresh directive' (Y0) and check that the error has been
cleared.
