Operating the Device
1. Connect the mains adapter to the connecting cable (4) on the device.
2. Insert the mains adapter into an easily accessible socket.
3. Place the massage balls (1) of the device onto the part of the body which is to be
massaged (see the "Areas of Application" section). For a shoulder or back massage,
place the straps of the device around your shoulders and fi x them in place either
with the belt (5) or with your hands. To do this, place either your arms or the belt (5)
through the hand loops (3). If necessary, close the belt (5) with the hook and loop
fastener.
4. Press the ON / OFF button to start the massage. Use the control panel (2) to select
the function you want (see the "Items Supplied and Device Overview" chapter, "Con-
trol Panel" section).
5. After 15 minutes the device automatically switches off. To switch it off sooner, press
the ON / OFF button.
6. Pull the mains adapter out of the plug socket and clean the device if necessary.

Cleaning and Storage

PLEASE NOTE!
■ The device may not be connected to the mains and must be completely switched off
for cleaning and maintenance!
■ Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning. These can damage
the surface.
• Wipe down the device just with a damp cloth if necessary. Then wipe it down fully
with a dry cloth.
• Do not wind the mains cable around the device or the mains adapter.
• Keep the device in its respective packaging in a dry place which is protected from
sunlight and is not accessible to children and animals.

The belt can be used to fi x the device to the body. To do
this, place the belt (5) through the hand loops (3).This
provides more freedom of movement without the device
slipping quickly.
