I'm trying to set up my spa through the app but it can't be set up to the wifi. And the wifi is 2.4 GHz. Can you help me with this problem?

To connect the Intex PureSpa Greywood Deluxe SB-HWF20 to Wi-Fi using the app, follow these steps:

1. Ensure your Wi-Fi router supports 2.4GHz (not 5GHz) and is within range of the spa.
2. Place the spa's wireless control panel on the control base charging dock.
3. Power on the spa and the control base.
4. Open the Intex Spa Management App, create an account, and log in.
5. Under “My Devices,” tap “+” to add a new device.
6. Press and hold the pairing button on the spa control panel for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi LED stays on (not flashing).
7. Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network from the app and enter the correct password.
8. Tap “Next” and then “Add” to add the spa to your device list.
9. A spa icon will appear showing status:
- Green “ONLINE” means successful pairing.
- Red “OFFLINE” means connection failed.

Ensure the mobile device and spa are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and the spa is within Wi-Fi signal range.
