    Make sure you follow these guidelines when taking a measurement. Failing to do so may lead to inaccurate results or cause the measurements to fail. 1. Use BPM Core on the left upper arm 2. Rest 5 minutes before the measurement.

    To take a measurement, perform the following steps: 1. Wrap the cuff around your left arm. The tube should be positioned against your inner arm. For more information on how to position BPM Core, refer to "Positioning myself before and during the measurement" on page 17.
