Troubleshooting
• First, check if software update is needed and if
it is necessary, update the software (P.492).
• When problems do not improve after checking
the following items, contact the phone
number given in "Repairs" on the last page (in
Japanese only) or DOCOMO-specified repair
office.

Check and remedy
• Is the battery exhausted?

• Restart the terminal forcibly
by pressing and holding
[Power/Screen lock key] and
volume DOWN key for 8-10
seconds when the screen is
frozen or you cannot turn the
power off.
* Note that data and the
settings may be erased
since the operation restart
forcibly.
