Troubleshooting
• First, check if software update is needed and if
it is necessary, update the software (P.492).
• When problems do not improve after checking
the following items, contact the phone
number given in "Repairs" on the last page (in
Japanese only) or DOCOMO-specified repair
office.

by pressing and holding

seconds when the screen is
frozen or you cannot turn the
power off.
