7 Troubleshooting
Introduction
Some type of errors, malfunctions or problems can occur during the operation of the Scanner, but
most of these issues can be solved by following the actions listed in this section. If a problem
persists or it can be solved only by a 3DHISTECH service technician, please contact us at:

Event Logging
Notice:
Due to cybersecurity reasons, the logged events are accessible only through the Central Log
Service tool.
Notice:
Each software operation or task performed by the Scanner is logged in a database. This
database can be accessed through the Central Log Service web application, and logged
events can be retrieved only by Local IT and Maintenance users. If your user status is
General, you won't have the permission to access the Central Log Service web application.
Failed to log in
The following windows appear if the login has failed:
