the emergency mode, tap "STOP SAVING"
→ "OK" to disable the emergency mode.
• Restart this terminal and disable the
emergency mode.
Setting Application
Authentication
When applications or functions to access
the function or information of the terminal is
activated for the first time, the confirmation
screen that sets whether to permit the access
authentication appears. When the access
authentication is permitted, some functions or
information in the appropriate applications or
functions will be available.
• The confirmation screen varies depending
on the application or function. Confirm the
displayed contents carefully before operating.
<Example> Activating "Memo" application for
the first time
From the Home screen, tap
a
"Memo"
The permission screen for using functions
appears.
Tap "OK" → "ALLOW"/"DENY"

After that, follow the on-screen instructions.

• If the access authentication is not used,
application or functions may not be
available or may limit the functions.
• To change the authentication settings,
from the Home screen, tap "Settings" →
"App & notifications" → "App info" → select
an app → "ALLOW" → select the function
to change → "ALLOW"/"DENY".
