Using "Osaifu-Keitai
Compatible Service"
To use Osaifu-Keitai compatible service, set
the service from the "Osaifu-Keitai" application.
From the Home screen, tap
a
"Osaifu-Keitai"
• Obtain service information and update a
service list.
• Initial settings may be required at the
first startup. Follow the on-screen
instructions.

Note
• You can read/write data with reader
without activating Osaifu-Keitai
compatible application.
• It is available even when you turn off

power of this terminal. It may become
unavailable if you have not turned on this
terminal for a long period of time or the
battery level is low.
• As the communications necessary to
provide Osaifu-Keitai compatible services
run in the background regardless of the
terminal's data saver settings, Osaifu-
Keitai compatible applications may incur
packet communication fees ("Data Saver"
→ P178, "Battery saving" → P202).
• After the power of the terminal is turned
on, restarting the terminal or updating
software, cancel the screen lock and
then hold over a reader to use the Osaifu-
Keitai service.
• If sp-mode was not subscribed to, please
note that some of the functions of
Osaifu-Keitai compatible services might
no longer be able to be used.
