● Disconnect (Motion)
• If a motion is performed, Disconnect
setting is enabled in the following cases,
and the call is disconnected.
- When the other party put the call on
hold
- When Phone memo is activated
(playing back a greeting/recording a
message)
• If the disconnection motion of facing down
of the terminal's screen is too fast, the
operation may fail (cannot disconnect). In
this case, perform the motion slowly so that
the terminal can respond (disconnect).
• Shaking the terminal strongly is
recognized as an operating motion and
may cause the call to be disconnected.
● Disconnect (Voice command)
• If the Disconnect keyword is said,
Disconnect setting is enabled in
the following cases, and the call is
disconnected.
- When the other party put the call on
hold
- When the other party activates Phone
memo (playing back a greeting/
recording a message)
● Mute (Hold), Disconnect (Voice command)
• When you call with Mute (Hold) or
Disconnect (Voice command) set to ON,
the other application which uses the
microphone or uses voice sound during call
(e.g.: a call recording application) may not
be available. To use the application during
a call, set Mute (Hold) or Disconnect (Voice
command) to OFF after end of the call.
• While Phone memo is activated (playing
back a greeting/recording a Phone memo
message), Mute (Hold) or Disconnect by
voice command is not available. When you
answer the call while recording a Phone
memo message, disconnection with Mute
(Hold) or voice command is available.
• For calls using "Jspeak", disconnection by
voice command is not available.
• Although the voice command function
of Suguden uses the voice recognition
technology or the language processing
technology, DOCOMO is not liable for any
accuracy of those technologies.
• Voice command may not be recognized if
the volume of the voice is too small during
a call, when you call in a noisy place, or
depending on the way of utterance.
