• Do not allow cash cards or other devices that
are vulnerable to magnetism to come into
contact with the phone.
• Although this terminal is waterproofed, if
the inside of this terminal has gotten wet or
moist, immediately power off this terminal,
and bring it to the repair counter specified by
DOCOMO as soon as possible. However, note
that it may not be repaired depending on the
extent of the damage.
Data you created and downloaded
data
When you change the model or repair this
terminal, data that has been imported,
downloaded or created by you may be changed
or lost. DOCOMO shall have no liability for
any change or loss of any kind. Under some
circumstances, DOCOMO may replace your
terminal with its equivalent instead of repairing
it. In this case, most data from the old terminal
cannot be transferred to the replacement
terminal.

Anshin Remote Support

Supports on operation settings of this terminal,
app usages and the connection with peripheral
devices such as a PC are available by sharing
screens of your terminal with operator of
Anshin Enkaku Support center (in Japanese
only).
• This service is not available when the docomo
nano UIM card is not inserted, when using the
international roaming, or in the Airplane mode.
• Anshin Remote Support is a paid service that
requires subscription.
• There are unsupported operations and
settings.
• For details of Anshin Remote Support, refer
to NTT DOCOMO website.
