HOT LINE TIMER

(FLASH 57)
Activation time of Hot Line feature can be programmed. On going off-hook, Hot Line timer starts. When Hot Line timer
expires, Hot Line feature is activated.
Range: 0-9 sec
Default: 0
1. Press FLASH button and dial 57.
2. On a display phone, you will see this display:

3. Enter 1 digit on the numeric keypad.
4. Press HOLD button.

VAU SEGMENT CONTROL (FLASH 58) (GHX-616)

Segments of VAU can be controlled for DISA, MOH and UCD individually. The system provides 8 message types of
segments. There are 5 types of DISA message, MOH and 2 types of UCD message.
Range : Each segment can be set to one of 8 message types.
Default : By default, the system provides 4 message segments for DISA.
Message of Segment 1 is used for DISA DAY
Message of Segment 2 is used for DISA BUSY
Message of Segment 3 is used for DISA ERROR
Message of Segment 4 is used for DISA NO ANSWER
Procedure:
1. Press FLASH button and dial 58.
2. On a display phone, you will see this display;

3. Determine message segment to change control, press the program button 1-12 to select message segment. If you
press button 1 to select message segment 1, you will see the setting of message segment 1.

Message Type
1 : Voice announcement for DISA in day mode
2 : Voice announcement for DISA in night mode
3 : Voice announcement for DISA to call busy station or CO
4 : Voice announcement for DISA to dial incorrect number
5 : Voice announcement for DISA to dial in time out
6 : Voice announcement for MOH
7 : Not used
8 : Voice announcement for UCD1 ( No idle station in UCD group.)
9 : Voice announcement for UCD2 ( No idle station in UCD group during UCD 1 message being played.)
5. Press HOLD button.
