Conditions
1. If the DISA code is not programmed, then the outside caller can dial the internal station numbers.
2. Internal key stations equipped with direct or loop button for the associated DISA line can answer the DISA call.
3. The DISA line can be programmed for Day or Night mode and different announcement is provided in each mode.
4. If an outside caller accesses a CO line marked as a DISA in night, night announcement is provided and the call is
processed on below states by Admin. programming.
-. Call internal STA number (same as Day mode)
-. Call pre-selected station (by Admin. programming)
-. Send error tone and drop the call
5. Three channels of VAU can be controlled for DISA.
If all the channels are busy, ring back tone is heard and the call is being held until an idle channel is made.
6. In the following cases, a proper announcement is provided individually.
-. Invalid digit is dialed.
-. The STA or CO line is busy.
-. Dial is late.
7. In the above cases, (No. 6) DISA call can be differently processed in each state.
-. Send error tone and drop.
-. Transfer to Attendant.
-. Retry (3)
8. If an outside caller accesses a CO line marked as a DISA, a Hunt Group as well as internal STA number can be
called.
9. To access a CO line, the outside caller dial CO line access code and enter four digits of DISA access code. (The
default code is 000). After this procedures, outside caller can dial telephone number.
10. An outside caller can call a Hunt Group with dialing 1 digit instead of 3-digit internal STA number.
(Dial 0 - 7 to call Hunt Group 710 - 717 )
11. One path is provided for CO to CO DISA.
12. Outside caller can dial with DTMF only for DISA call .
Hardware

Description
Placing a keyset in DND will eliminate incoming CO line ringing, intercom calls, transferred calls and paging
announcements. The station in DND can use the telephone to make normal outgoing calls. A station can be denied
this feature through programming.
Operation

To activate the DND;

1. Press DND/FWD button while on-hook.
2. DND/FWD button lights and your phone is in DND.

To deactivate the DND;

1. Press DND/FWD button while on-hook (toggle).
2. DND/FWD button extinguishes and DND in your phone is removed.
