7. To program Page B features, use the program buttons as follows:

These features except CO LINE ACCESS button (Button 7) require a numeric entry. Press the program button and
then enter the number via the dial pad. Press HOLD after each numeric entry. (Display will be now updated.)

OFF-NET FORWARD CO TO CO (FLAHS 41) ( GHX-616 )

This field allows to forward incoming CO line to outside.
Parameters:
Determines whether the off-net forward CO calls to CO
Range: Yes/No
Default: No (LED OFF)
Procedure:
1. Press FLASH button and dial 41.
2. On a display phone, you will see this display:
CO TO CO OFF-NET FWD Y/N
NO
3. To make change, press button 1.
4. Press HOLD button.

CALL METERING UNIT (FLASH 42) (GHX-616)

This field allows to select the SMDR printout format(CMU or NOT). To use call metering unit(CMU), it should be selected.
If not selected, account code will be printed instead of call count and cost.
