5. Place the foot plate on the base support and attach it using the remaining
two bolts, two lock washers, and two flat washers that you removed
previously. Partially tighten the fasteners.

Installing the Movement Arm

1. Remove the two bolts, two lock washers, and two flat washers from the
axle end of the movement arm and set them aside.
