Failure of your print head may be due to third party ink. We strongly recommend using genuine Pitney Bowes ink.
While there are companies that claim to offer "compatible" ink cartridges for Pitney Bowes mailing systems, the risks
associated with using these third party inks are high. For this reason we strongly recommend using genuine Pitney Bowes
ink which is specifically designed and tested to be fully compatible with your mailing system, meet all postal requirements
and generate high quality readable postal images without damaging your mailing system.
