Using exercise modes
„ Access the desired exercise mode using the menu key (3).
„ To start an exercise by measuring your pulse, hold the menu key (3) down
for two seconds in the appropriate exercise mode. The message 'Start?'
appears on the display.
„ Press the menu key to start your exercise. On the display
flashes for three seconds.
„ In the app, you can choose from three preselected exercise zones (health,
fat burning and aerobic) or choose a user­defined exercise zone. A pulse
zone alarm can also be activated in the app in case your pulse goes above
or below the pulse zone, and if it reaches maximum pulse rate.
During exercising, you can switch between different training values.
There are two options available in the app to do this:
1. Automatic change: all exercise data is alternately displayed for
2 seconds on the display. Then the display switches off.
2. Manual change: press the menu key to access exercise data
sequentially. The display switches off automatically after one
minute.
„ You can also choose other settings in the app. For example, you can decide
to have only certain exercise data shown on the display.
