Exercise mode for running/walking
In the exercise mode for running/walking, you can access the following training
values on the tracker during the exercise session:
„ current pulse (bpm)
„ exercise duration (hh:mm:ss)
„ distance travelled (km)
„ current running pace (min/km)
„ current speed (km/h)
„ steps
„ calories consumed (kcal)
„ current time
Your current exercise information is stored when in Running/Walking
mode. At the end of the exercise session you can access all your
training values.
