Oil must be changed every 100 hours and sooner under unfavorable (AVGAS)
operating conditions.
An oil filler cap and dipstick are located at the right side of the engine,
accessible through an access door on the top right side of the engine cowl-
ing. To check and add oil:

Open access door on upper cowl. Open cap of the oil bottle.

Verify Master switches OFF, Ignition (Magneto switches) OFF.
Rotate the propeller in normal direction until a blurbing noise is

heard. This is an evidence the oil has pumped through the system
properly.

Pull dipstick, clean dipstick, and verify oil level.
Add oil through filler as required to maintain level between indicat-

ed min and max ticks. The capacity of oil system is 3.5 liters.

Reinstall dipstick and secure cap.

Close and secure access door.

Fuel Filter Screening

Filling Fuel Tanks
Fuel filler is located on top of the fuselage, behind the cabin. The tank holds
a maximum of 50 L.
WARNING:
Have a fire extinguisher available.
Do not fill tank within 30 m of any electrical equipment capable of pro-
ducing a spark.
Permit no smoking or open flame within 30 m of airplane or refuel vehi-
cle.
Do not operate radios or electrical equipment during refuel operations.
Do not operate any electrical switches.
