1. Intended use:
Due to its design, the AWO620 enclosure can be used as an integrating part of installation systems,
such as: CCTV, KD, SSWiN, etc. The enclosure is to be used for mounting (depending on
configuration):
LEVEL 1:
1) system KD controller and additional modules or other devices adjusted for
mounting on a TH35 (35mm) DIN rail
2) transformer, series: TRP, TRZ, TOR
3) enclosed power supply units, series: PS, PSB
4) alarm control units and optional modules (with additional AWO620PL mounting
plate)
LEVEL 2:
1) alarm control units and optional modules
2) other devices, i.e.: switch, router, etc.
2. Product description:
The enclosure enables mounting the devices on 2 LEVELS, at the bottom and in the mounting plate.
LEVEL 1:
The enclosure, in its standard version, includes 2 DIN rails, of 315 mm, mounted to the bottom. There
is also an option to add a DIN rail (AWO620DIN), max. 3 per enclosure.
Instead of a DIN rail, a mounting plate (AWO620PL) of working dimensions: 320mm x 180mm can be
fitted. The enclosure has an additional mounting plate used for installing transformers and power
supply units.
LEVEL 2:
The enclosure is quipped with a hinged mounting plate of working dimensions: 290mm x 190mm.
That facilitates the access to the devices mounted at the bottom of the enclosure (level1)
The enclosure accommodates a 17Ah/12V battery. Anti-tampering system indicates an unauthorized
opening of the enclosure. There is also a possibility to mount an additional anti-tampering system,
which would prevent the device from being ripped off the wall (PKAZ005). In a basic version, the
enclosure is bolted in the faceplate with 2 screws. The faceplate is embossed so that a lock assembly
can be fitted. The lock can have the same code: MR027, or a different one: MR008.
There is an 8mm space between the enclosure and the wall for the cables of the device
accommodated by the enclosure.
3. Mounting:
The enclosure shall be mounted by a qualified installer with appropriate permissions and qualifications
for 230V/AC installations and low-voltage installations (required and necessary for a given country). It
shall be fitted in confined spaces, according to the environment class II, with normal air humidity
(RH=90% max. without condensation) and the temperature from -10°C to +40°C.
