    EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS Guards (motor cover, coupling shields, connectors,…) have been designed for a safe use of the equipment. The manufacturer will not be held responsible for bodily injury or failure and / or property damage due to destruction, the overshadowing or the partial or total removal of the guards.

HANDLING Check the weight and the dimensions of the equipment refer to 'Technical features' section of the instruction manual If weight and dimensions are too important, the unloading must be carried out by means of a forklift or any other appropriate means with a qualified personnal and in a clear horizontal area to prevent from risks of damage injury or an accident.

  • Page 36: Operating Principle

    OPERATING PRINCIPLE The pump consists of : a central air motor (1), two identical fluid chambers (2) located on either side of the motor. The motor is directly supplied with compressed air from the air pressure network (maximum 6 bar / 87 PSI) or via an air regulator (depending on the model).
  • Page 37 Start up procedure : Ground the pump. Unscrew the air regulators (B and D). Interconnect the equipment with the air pressure network (clean air - 6 bar / 87 PSI maxi). Install a water drop, model 3/8 if necessary. Connect all the hoses (air hoses and material hose) as well as the spray gun. Immerse suction rod (F) and drain hose (G) into material container.

Unscrew the spray gun air regulator (B) to release the air pressure and disconnect air inlet at the spray gun.
