Insert double ended connecting rods into the large stabilizer (C12) and tighten cam.

Insert wooden dowels into the large stabilizer (C12).
2c
Slide the left small stabilizer (C13) onto the other end of the double ended connecting rod and tighten the cam.
2d
Repeat for the right small stabilizer (C14).
