NOTE: When replacing the system board, make sure the following components are removed from the
defective system board and installed on the replacement system board:

Remove the system board:
1. Release the ZIF connector (1) to which the connector board cable is connected, and then disconnect the
connector board cable from the system board.
2. Remove the shield (2) that secures the wireless antenna cables to the WLAN module terminals.
The WLAN module shield is available using spare part number L35768-001.
3. Disconnect the wireless antenna cables (3) from the WLAN module terminals.
NOTE: The #1/white wireless antenna cable connects to the WLAN module #1/Main terminal. The #2/
black wireless antenna cable connects to the WLAN module #2/Aux terminal.
4. Disconnect the following cables from the system board:
(4) Infrared board ZIF connector cable
(5) Display panel cable ZIF connector cable
(6) Power connector cable
(7) Webcam/microphone module ZIF connector cable
(8) Touchpad ZIF connector cable
(9) Keyboard ZIF connector cable
(10) Fingerprint reader ZIF connector cable
(11) Backlight ZIF connector cable
(12) Speaker cable
