Required:
1 Small Blade, 1 Phillips screwdriver, 1 Mallet, Thin Rope or Twine, Double Sided Tape or Glue
Repair
method:
1.
Carefully remove the aluminum face plate from the left side end cap when facing the front of the
Insert the small blade behind the face plate in one corner to separate it from the end cap, then peel the rest
off with your hands. Be careful not to excessively bend the face plate.

Utilize the Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws from the left side end cap. Remove the end cap.
Note: After loosening the screws and removing the end cap, the roller may spin due to the tension that may
be remaining within the roller. If the end cap spins with this remaining tension, it can cause an injury to your
hand. Please handle the end cap and roller with care.

  • Page 2 Bring out the roller about 2 inches by tapping the right end of the roller using a mallet. Tap here with mallet. Right Side End Cap Left Side End Cap Place the end cap back on the left side of the roller without pushing the roller back into the housing. While holding the roller with one hand, rotate the end cap counter clockwise approximately 16 times.
