 To dehumidify, connect a condensate drain hose to the connection point for
the water drain hose (10). Lead this hose into a bucket or pit. The hose must
not be routed upwards! Your appliance is now ready for use. Also see the
section about water drainage.
 To cool, you have to discharge the warm air to the outside. The discharge hose
can be installed according to the options below:
1. through a window with the help of the window frame girder
2. through the wall
First, connect the connecting pieces of the window or wall and connect the air
conditioner to the discharge hose in the following way:
- Insert one end of the discharge hose into the connecting piece of the window
discharge or the wall discharge and the other end into the connecting piece
of the air conditioner. The hose clamps automatically due to the spring
clamps on the connecting pieces.
Now affix the hose to the appliance by sliding the air conditioner's

connecting piece into the groove at the bottom of the air outlet (8) in such a
way that the clamp sits at the top of the recess. Press it until you hear a
click.
Subsequently, select either installation 1 or installation 2.
Installation 1
Prepare the window frame girder for
-
use. Adjust the length to the
dimensions of your window. If the
length demands two girders, use the
plastic locking to affix the girders at
the correct length.
