3.7. TRANSPORT AND PLACE OF ERECTION

Immediately on receipt check the product for damage in transport. Damaged products must not
be installed or commissioned.
CAUTION
Improper transport to the place of erection
The workbench has a high tare weight - risk of injury if lifted improperly.
» Wear safety shoes and safety gloves.
» Make sure the paths for movement and transport are clear.
» At least two persons must be employed to transport the workbench to the erection location.
» Ensure during movement and transport that all drawers and cupboard doors are closed and
locked.
Make sure that no components are damaged or destroyed during transport and handling.
NOTICE
Improper transport
Damage due to improper transport.
» Use only suitable lifting gear for transporting the workbench to the erection location.
» Do not attach lifting gear to the worktop in order to lift the workbench.
» Do not pull the workbench across the floor.
» Keep the workbench horizontal during transport.
» Put the workbench down gently.

3.8. PLACING SEVERAL WORKBENCHES IN A ROW

CAUTION
Insufficient distance between workbenches
Crush hazard for the hands if there is insufficient distance between workbenches when the height
is being adjusted.
» Maintain a distance of at least 100 mm between workbenches.
» Fit side plates.

3.9. STORAGE

3.9.1. Workbench

Storage temperature between -10°C and +40°C.
Store in an enclosed dry room.
Atmospheric humidity: 90 %, non-condensing.
