Reconnect the Homerun Cable

After the cable test has completed on the Homerun cable, and it has passed, reconnect the
Homerun cable to the 225DLC card in the indicator.
NOTE: If the test on the Homerun cable failed, refer to the 225D Weight Indicator Installation
and Technical manual (8200-0753-0M), for instructions on installing a new Homerun cable.
1. Using a small flat blade screwdriver, press down on the release bars on the CABLE
TEST REMOTE terminals, and remove all five Homerun cable wires from the CABLE
TEST REMOTE.
2. Remove the clip from the outer metal cover of the Homerun cable.
3. Disconnect the Homerun cable from the CABLE TEST port on the NEST.
4. Referring to the table below (or on the circuit board) for terminal connections, connect
each wire of the Homerun cable to the P5 terminal on the 225DLC card.
5. To terminate a wire, use a small flat blade screwdriver, and press down on the release
bar for the terminal. Insert the wire into the opening, and then remove the screwdriver.
The release bar will return to its original position, locking the wire in place.
6. Repeat the procedure until all five wires are in place.
7. After all terminations have been made, remove any excess cable from the enclosure.
