BASIC FEATURES
Incoming Call Indication
When an incoming call is
received by your handset, the
Large LED lamp on the top of
your handset will flash red.
The Screen will also display
additional information, notifying
if the call being received is
internal or external.
To answer the call simply pick up
the handset, or press the
SPEAKER key to answer in hands
free.
Making Calls
To make a call either pick up your
handset or press the speaker key for
hands free.
 Dial 0, followed by the number you
wish to call.

Placing a Call on Hold
During conversation, press the HOLD
key
The line key that the call came in on
will begin to flash slowly green
Retrieving a Call Placed on Hold
With a current call on hold
Pick up the handset.
Press the flashing button
NB: Flashing green means the call was
placed on hold by your handset, red
means the call was placed on hold
by another handset.
Transferring Calls
Once you have answered the call

Press Hold
Dial the station number
(or press programmed key)
Announce call (optional)
Press transfer to put call through
Hang up
