3.6 Umbau der RSE-K-3-... von Rechtslauf
auf Linkslauf
Beachten Sie zur Identifizierung der genann-
ten Teile die Ersatzteilliste in dieser Betriebs-
anleitung.
Für den Umbau auf den Linkslauf benötigen
Sie keine zusätzlichen Teile. Gehen Sie wie
folgt vor:
Druckluftanschluss B mit Druckluft beauf-
schlagen, so dass der Schaltteller verriegelt
(indexiert) wird.
Druckluftzufuhr unterbrechen.

Quetsch-, Stoß- und Schnittgefährdung!

Bei angeschlossener und eingeschalteteter
Druckluftzufuhr niemals in die offene Me-

chanik greifen oder im Bereich beweglicher
Bauteile aufhalten.

Bei Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Umbau, In-
standhaltungs- und Einstellungsarbeiten

die Druckluftzufuhr ausschalten und gegen
unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten sichern, so

dass sichergestellt ist, dass die Rundschalt-
einheiten während dieser Arbeiten drucklos
7
sind.

Stoßdämpfer herausschrauben.

Befestigungsschrauben lösen und seitliche
ƒ
Anschlagplatte (Pos. 26) abnehmen.
Drossel (Pos. 29) herausschrauben.
ƒ
Gewindestift (im Bereich der Drossel) mit-
ƒ
samt Kugel Ø 4 mm herausschrauben.
Gewindestift mitsamt Kugel Ø 4 mm in die
ƒ
Gewindebohrung schrauben, in die zuvor
die Drossel eingeschraubt war.
Die seitliche Abschlussplatte (Pos. 8, die
ƒ
Platte ohne Stoßdämpfer) abschrauben.
Gewindestift mitsamt Kugel Ø 4 mm aus
ƒ
der Gewindebohrung am Gehäuse heraus-
schrauben und in die danebenliegende
Gewindebohrung einschrauben.

3.6 Converting the RSE-K-3-... from
clockwise to counterclockwise
Observe the Replacement Parts List in these
operating instructions for identifying the parts
mentioned.
You do not need any additional parts for a con-
version to counterclockwise operation:
Apply compressed air to compressed air con-
nection B so that the indexing plate is locked
(indexed).
Interrupt compressed air supply.
CAUTION
Danger of crushing, impact and cutting!
Never reach into the open mechanism of the
rotary unit or in the area of moving compo-
nents when the compressed air supply is
connected and switched on.
Switch off the compressed air supply and
secure against unintentional restart for as-
sembly, commissioning, modification work,
maintenance and adjustment work to ensure
that the rotary units are depressurised during
work.
Unscrew shock absorber.

Remove mounting screws and take off the
ƒ
side limit stop plate (item 26).
Unscrew throttle (item 29).
ƒ
Unscrew threaded pin (near throttle) along
ƒ
with the Ø 4 mm ball.
Screw the threaded pin with the Ø 4 mm
ƒ
ball into the threaded hole where the
throttle was previously screwed in.
Unscrew the side blanking plate (item 8,
ƒ
the plate without a shock absorber).
Unscrew the threaded pin with the Ø 4 mm
ƒ
ball from the threaded hole on the housing
and screw it into the threaded hole located
next to it.
