6. Immediately secure the lifted vehicle with blocks. Never work
under the vehicle if it is only lifted up by the floor jack. During
work, observe the saddle (5) and the vehicle lifting point in order
to recognize any movements.

Lowering the Vehicle

Make sure that no persons or obstacles are near the vehicle before
lowering it.
Open the release valve (7) slowly in order to make sure that the
vehicle is lowered slowly. Open the release valve only with the
pumping handle and do not use any tools such pliers in order not do
damage the release valve.
Please note: Open the release valve by turning not more than one
turn at the utmost.
If the vehicle is lowered, remove the floor jack. Press the saddle
with your foot down in order to lower the floor jack completely.
If the lifting arm (4) does lower completely, there might be air in the
system. Before using the floor jack next time, carry out bleeding
process.

Safety Valve

For additional safety the floor jack is equipped with a safety valve
(8) which is adjusted by factory. Never intend to adjust this valve.
The safety valve (8) of the floor jack is adjusted by factory to make
sure that maximum load of 2 tons is not exceeded. The floor jack
will not lift heavier load. Never adjust this valve. Adjustments have
to be made by hydraulic professional services only.

Maintenance, Cleaning and Storing

 Fill in oil, with the hydraulic being lowered. Please note: Too
much oil will stop the function. Use only hydraulic oil. Never use
brake fluid or other liquids.
 Check the floor jack before and after each use for oil leakages.
